Klitschko VS Haye OFF!!!!!!!!

Klitschko-Haye Off

Klitschko-Haye is off according to Bild-Zeitung Germany. Bild reports that David Haye has suffered a hand injury. Wladimir Klitschko will now consider a new opponent for the scheduled June 20 date. The Veltins Arena in Schalke was already sold out.

Unbelievable . Hope this is one of his last efforts to distract Wladimir. But if not peace chump; this time get in line
Could you imagine what he'd have said if Wladimir pulled this.

This shit really pisses me of. I don't know if its more because I wanted Wlad to shut his mouth and smash his face in, or that we've already waited sometime(6 months) to see Wlad get back into the ring and now if he looks for a replacement or waits for Haye to heal it's going to take longer, unless someone steps up. Like Rachman did. Can't have the Champion fighting once a year.
Bring on Povetkin.

DAMN

How about a Vaulev fight.
Both champions had opponents pull out last second and were scheduled to fight fairly close in date. Doubt Valuev will do it even though I think it would be a harder transition for Wlad from training for a 6'3 to 7 footer. Unlike Valuev who always fights someone smaller then him.

The fight between IBF, WBO, and IBO Heavyweight Champion Wladimir Klitschko and David Haye is offially cancelled. The reason is an injury to David Haye. Further details are not known yet. Klitschko Management was informed about the cancellation on late Wednesday afternoon. Nevertheless, the fight night on June 20th at the Veltins-Arena in Schalke is supposed to take place. “I am very disappointed that the fight got cancelled. I’ve been in training camp for weeks. I am in top condition and I was really looking forward to fight night. I don’t want to disappoint the fans in Schalke and I am willing to fight a different opponent as well,” said Klitschko. Bernd Bönte, Managing Director of the Klitschko Management Group confirmed “We will do everything to realize this fight night. After having recovered from the first shock, we will work on finding a top opponent.” Further information to follow…

At Wednesday's press event, Klitschko said he would consider an alternative opponent for that date.

"I've been waiting for David Haye for six months and I'm still determined to fight on June 20. We will now consider opponents,"
Asked if he thought the injury was genuine – which will have to be confirmed by the British Boxing Board of Control – a stunned Klitschko said: "What else could it be? Is he ducking? I mean if something like that is going to happen to me he's going to talk a lot of dirt, which I will not do, so that's actually on his skin right now. I will not throw garbage at the person who is on the floor."

Haye has asked for a postponement of "six to eight weeks" according to a source at Setanta but this was discounted by Klitschko who insisted: "He was challenging me and now he's backing out. I definitely will proceed on 20 June. I have to. That's my wish.

"I've been waiting for this David Haye for half of the year so now I have no opponent so we will look for somebody else. There is a saying, 'Dogs are barking but the caravan keeps going'."

Klitschko's manager, Bernd Bonte, was more optimistic saying that, although the fight date will be kept, Haye may still meet the Ukrainian. "Contractually first of all we have to see how bad the injury is – they have to answer: 'When are they ready?'

"If it's just a short postponement we can maybe do the fight four to six weeks later," Bonte said. Haye's injury was not confirmed, though it is thought it may be a back problem and Klitschko confirmed he could still meet him in the future. "Yes, of course. He is one of the others."

Haye's potential replacements include the WBA heavyweight champion, Nikolay Valuev, who could step in having had his fight on Saturday cancelled. "We have to consider it as well," Klitschko said.

Haye is due to hold a press conference next week to explain why he has pulled out but thousands of fans have already booked trips to Germany. The news will hardly be welcomed by Setanta as the broadcaster is understood to have financial difficulties, which have caused the company to seek to renegotiate its £125m contract with the Scottish Premier League.

Bonte confirmed the company's investment, saying: "Setanta has a long-term deal with Hayemaker and especially David Haye – they've put a lot of marketing money in it," he added.

Listen to this Homer. I think from 4:15-4:45 of the tape he has Hayes Nuts in his mouth.Thats why he stopped talking.

Next from 3:55-4:12 in the tape. This Ass doesn't even Know what he's talking about; when he says "Wlads been down 4 time in his last 4 fights".

Wlad hasn't been down since the Peter fight which is 8 fights ago and was when Peter was still considered a nightmare and hitting behind the head.

I hope we don't wait for Haye to heal and make him fight legit contenders so that he gets KO by Kevin Johnson or somebody . Then he can cry his big mouth back to Britain and stay there

Ruslan Chagaev , Kevin Johnson, Odlanier Solis, Nikolay Valuev, Kevin Johnson, James Toney,Brian Minto,Sam Sexton,

Who's willing to step up and who will be chosen ??????

I left out Chris Arreola cause I know Vitali wants him bad and that he'd never be in shape when not prepared

After David Haye had to pull out of his showdown with IBF/WBO/IBO champion Wladimir Klitschko due to a hand injury ARENA’s heavyweight sensation Odlanier Solis offers to step in for the challenger right away. “I am ready to go”, states Solis. “If Wladimir Klitschko dares to accept me as opponent I promise to expose him and strip his championship belts from him..”

The three-time world amateur champion and 2004 Olympic gold medallist has had an outstanding amateur career winning 227 of his 241 amateur fights. Since turning pro for German _base_d promoter Ahmet Öner in April 2007 (knocking out then reigning German champion Andreas Sidon in one round) “La Sombra” scored 13 wins in as many pro-fights including 9 kos. In his last outing in January 9th reigning WBC international champion Solis gave his US debut on ESPN’s Friday Night Fights outclassing and stopping “Big Man” Kevin Burnett.

“I am the new generation, the best boxer in the world today and I am ready to prove it”, says Solis. “I stopped David Haye in only 3 rounds (at the world amateur championships 2001 in Belfast 2001) and I will do the same to Wladimir Klitschko. There is no worthy opponent in the world today for the Klitschkos but me. Now that I am reunited with my old trainer Pedro Diaz nobody can stop me on my way to the top. If Wladimir thinks I’m joking he should just accept the challenge and meet his successor on June 20th. I will be the next undisputed heavyweight champion of the world.”

Kingpin Kevin Johnson Ready To Go To Germany

Undefeated and world ranked heavyweight contender Kevin Johnson (22-0-1, 9KO) has one question for The Klitschko Management Group, "What time does the next flight to Germany leave?" Johnson, coming off an impressive TKO victory over undefeated US Olympic Team Captain Devin Vargas on May 15th looks to prove he is the leading US heavyweight contender and next heavyweight champion. "It's as simple as picking up the phone and calling Star Boxing," Johnson stated after learning that David Haye pulled out of his June 20th match with Wladimir Klitschko. "I'm ready to show the entire world what boxing experts already know, the next heavyweight champion of the world is from the United States and his name is Kevin Johnson."

Brian Minto Wants A Shot A Klitschko

WBO#9 Heavyweight Brian "The Beast" Minto (33-2 21kos) says that he is available to fight WBO champ Wladimir Klitschko. "I am ready and willing to face Wlad in 2 1/2 weeks at Veltins-Arena. "After a tune-up 6 weeks ago, I never left the gym. I am in shape and ready to go!" stated Minto. A winner of 6 straight and 15 of his last 16, Minto does appear to be a viable replacement for the WBO _title_ now that Haye is out.

Having fought in major fights on German soil before, Minto is also undefeated on both HBO (TKO7 of Vinnie Maddelone (25-2) and RTL (TKO6 of former IBF _title_ Challenger Axcel Shultz (26-4). "I'm not only the best American heavyweight, but I have always interacted well with the German fans. If given the opportunity, I will display to the entire world the heart of a true champion." Minto added.

Dunce also said the Klitschko brothers have pulled out of fights on 16 occasions. That is a complete lie.
