I've already heard that Povetkin is looking for a tune up fight before fighting Wladimir. But that's what I thought Taurus Sykes, and Jason Estrada were for. I hope Wladimir fights Chambers first now; since they both have fought within a 3 week span of each others last fight. Can't wait for Povetkin to 1st find a challenger and then with the possibility of an upset take time off and then go back to training camp again. All the while Klitschko is getting ring rust playing with his Schlung.Plus Chambers people have been doing a lot of trash talk about how good their guy is.... Guess Atlas must be very nervous . Oh yeah he's Povetkins head trainer now( Poor Bastard)
This is Dan Rafeals rankings and comments which is why I know about Atlas:
3. Alexander Povetkin (17-0)
The 2004 Olympic gold medalist and mandatory challenger likely will face Wladimir Klitschko in the fall. When he does, he will have ESPN's own Teddy Atlas in his corner as head trainer. Atlas went to Russia recently for a trial run with Povetkin and agreed to take him on. Povetkin will relocate to the United States, take a tune-up fight and then get ready for Klitschko later in the year.
