Vitali Klitschko TKOs Chris Arreola in 10

WBC Heavyweight Champion Vitali Klitschko (38-2, 37 KOs) successfully defended his world title against previously undefeated #1 ranked contender Cristobal Arreola (27-1, 24 KOs) via tenth round TKO on Saturday night at the STAPLES Arena in Los Angeles in front of 16.000 spectators and millions on TV around the world. 
Klitschko was able to score effectively at a distance against the aggressive Arreola, who made Vitali work very hard. The fight got more one-sided as the rounds progressed until Arreola trainer Henry Ramirez took his fighter out at the end of round ten.

"It has been a very tough fight. Chris Arreola showed all his boxing skills and took a lot of punches from me. But I proofed that I am the real Champion. I am very, very happy about that victory", says Klitschko.

It was Klitschko's 38th win in 40 professional bouts.
