On August 6th Wladimir fights in the USA for the very first time. In Marksville he meets an old „friend“ - Carlos "The Shock Absorber" Monroe. 18 months ago Monroe was disqualified for headbutting Wladimir, now he gets a second chance. But Wladimir easily controls the fight and slowly and patiently takes apart the American muscleman. In the sixth round it´s all over for Monroe, another impressive win for Wladimir on his American debut.
